1 year old power thief

How hillarious could things get, i was recently reading an article in a newspaper and saw this.
One year old charged with power theft. The officials of an Indian state Jharkand Electricity Board (JSEB) had raided some residences, they have lodged police complaints against few people including a one year old boy, they have also slapped a Rs 4000 fine on him.
The father of the kid has filed for an anticipatory bail (lol). The JSEB officials also have been saying that he has been doing this for quite some time now.
Now thats hillarious it means that this guy has been robbing electricity from the day he was born maybe.
I just can't think of anything funnier than this.
