90% Of The Sites Bluff On Pageviews
19 Jun 2009Enough said, 90% of the sites bluff when they say that they have 2.5x pageviews from what their actual traffic is.
Really I am serious about it, believe me I have seen lots of sites traffic you would not really have access to and search engine traffic DOES NOT CONVERT, so if you have 80% search engine traffic and still say that you have 2.5x conversion you are lying to everyone, shucks wish I could too,

I completely agree with you.. some of them wants to satisfy others (blogger-to-blogger) whereas some of them make use of aw stats or hosting urchin instead of a better tracking tool like Google analytic…
Personally, I’ve seen few blogs sharing there traffic stats but they don’t reveal the dates (shows millions of traffic screen shots) which I believe is pure bluff…
In any case, I am happy for them. Afterall they are not cheating us but there conscience!
