Andre Agassi, Tennis loses another legend

In: Tennis

4 Sep 2006
Well I was up yesterday night watching one of my favorite players Andre Aggassi play a match at the US Open, which eventually turned out to be his last one.

A real tribute to Andre that he recieved a fitting farewal from the 26000 plus crowd who came to watch him play. Having played for more than 20 years starting at the age of 16, redefining how tennis was played with his coloured clothing and long hair winning 8 Grand Slams over the period.

It was really a painful thing to watch, as it had been years since Pete Sampras last retired and here was another legend who was parting ways with Tennis.

The match was wonderful and it was so sad to watch the pain Andre had to bear to play.

Its sad to see him leave so early but its a way life is.

Here is a tribute to one of the greatest legends Tennis has ever seen.

Goodbye Andre.
