Arzoo.com the travel portal which was started by Hotmail founder Sabeer Bhatia is ready to get back with a bang after having a failed run the first time around. This was Bhatia's second site after he had sold Hotmail to Microsoft, but the site did not generate any interest and had disappeared pretty quickly.
