Well we have all heard about egoistic people and probably hate such people, but have you heard of egoistic websites?

Yes I am talking about websites that have some ego.

Ok now I know its kind of getting buggy but I just happened to find this cool site that lets you know how much ego your website has, but here the catch, its good to have ego for your website, super cool infact.

 The site I am talking about is EgoSurf . EgoSurf is a Web 2.0 based site that helps you find your blogs ranking in most of the popular search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN and also Del.icio.us and Technorati.

Not only do they find your rankings but also keeps track of those over time to see how your blogs move through the blogoshpere.

Well its pretty simple to use egoSurf, all you need to do is go to egosurf.org and enter a search phrase and your blog url and select the site you want to get your blog ego checked on, egoSurf will start looking for the amount of results it gets depending on those criterias.

You can search multiple search engines at once and also provide multiple urls seperated by a comma (keithdsouza.com, google.com). They have a funny way of ranking searches like PROSAIC, DEADBEAT, COMMON, FLUNKEY, WRECK, UNMEMORABLE, TYPICAL, WASTER, LOSER and lots more. My search said that I am a PROSAIC, don't ask me what that means I am still trying to figure that out.
