Yet another one of the new web2 launches but with a slight difference this time, its a job site this time.
Talentspy Beta is a site which allows a user to quickly find jobs you want to letting employees find the staff they need.The jobseeker submits a user profile, the entire process takes just a few minutes.
Based on the criteria the employer has placed they will recieve a daily list of all suitable canidates via email or rss.
